The website may also process limited technical information required for security, spam prevention, performance and analytics when those services are enabled.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess potential projects, prepare estimates, improve the website and protect the service from misuse.

VuurenDev does not sell personal information.

Service providers

VuurenDev uses Netlify for website hosting and infrastructure, Resend for transactional and contact email delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam and bot prevention, and Google Analytics 4 for optional analytics when a visitor chooses to allow analytics.

International processing

VuurenDev uses service providers that may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

Analytics and local storage

Google Analytics is optional and is only loaded after you choose to allow analytics. It helps VuurenDev understand page visits, enquiry-funnel activity and general website performance without sending the content you enter into enquiry forms.

Your analytics preference is stored in your browser so the website can respect that choice on future visits. Essential security and spam-prevention services, including Cloudflare Turnstile, may operate regardless of the analytics preference because they protect the website and its forms. You can change your choice through Privacy preferences in the footer.

Retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, business relationship, legal obligations and security. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated as the website, service providers and legal requirements develop. The effective date will be updated when material changes are published.
